The Wedding Plans

After proposing on July 4th, 2001, Jaime and I are in the process of planning our wedding for the Fall of 2002. It will be a small wedding of about 50 of our closest family and friends. After deciding on when and where one of the original places we thought about became available but only if we waited until October. Since we really liked the lodge and could use the extra month of planning we decided change our plans. We also have a web page set up at WeddingChannel.com.

Jaime bought her dress on Feb. 15th, with the help of her sister Heidi who flew down from Maine.
Jaime and I took a short trip to Maine February 21-24th where we signed on the dotted line at MCE for the reception and chose our cake. We decided on invitations and need to get started on them.

We have now selected a DJ and a photographer so the list of tasks keeps getting smaller. We still need to select bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos, rent tables and linens, pick our menu, and choose our music.

The Event

<---New Date and place--->

Date: October, 2002
Time: TBD

Place: Maine Coast Experience, Brooklin, ME
This was one of the first places we considered for our wedding but we were having too many people and it was right in the middle of leaf peeping season. Now that our wedding is smaller and we're having it later this will be the place. Sitting on the Atlantic ocean with great views and lots to do this is the perfect place.
